I have always been a storyteller, a weaver of words — be it through ink, voice, or vision. With the flick of a pen and the whisper of an idea, I bring entire worlds to life.

    ✺ I facilitate women’s circles — an ancient practise where women come to be seen, heard, and held, while honouring the cyclic nature of the seasons and the magic that stirs within us)

    ✺ I hold cacao and tea ceremonies— a mindful connection with the drink, an enchanted dance between our spirit and sip)

  • ✺ I am a published writer: my poetry and prose have found their way into magazines and interviews, and soon, into my very own book.

    ✺ I host The Current Podcast, where each carefully woven episode explores thought-provoking themes on mental health, society and more. I guide these deep and necessary conversations as the sole host, creator, editor, and producer.

    ✺ Beyond my creative work, I tend to my blog, a space dedicated to mental health, emotions, and the art of teaching, weaving knowledge with introspection.
