  • I invite you to slow down, breathe, and remember the Goddess within. In a patriarchal capitalistic world we tend to rush through life, forgetting to see the beauty in the present moment. Through body movement, voice work, art & music therapy and more, I guide you back into your body, which can be healing for many.
